Order Processing Time:

  • Order before 4pm
    • Your order will be packaged and shipped on the same day of your purchase.
    • Estimated delivery time 1 to 2 days (3 days if during weekend)
  • Order after 4pm
    • Your order will be packaged on the same day but sent the tomorrow of your purchase.
    • Estimated delivery time 2 to 3 days (3 days if during weekend)

Shipping Rates & Methods:

  • Our shipping rate is ZAR 70.00 (No limits of items)
  • FREE shipping fee when ordering up to ZAR 1000.00 (No limits of items) 

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive per email a tracking number.

International Shipping:

  • We do not expedite Internationally. But if you got a special query, please feel free to reached out to us at info@syakah.com

Damaged/Lost Items:

  • If your item does arrive damaged
    • Please send us back the item with your invoice number
    • We will send you another item to replace it or
    • We will issue a direct refund
  • If your item is lost or not delivered
    • Please reach out to us to complain
    • We will escalate to our Courier Company

Delays:

  • Due to high demand and time for us to create certain items, you may experience certain delays (usually no more than few days). Some of our product are hand made (like our Syakah Weighted Skipping Rope). We will do our best to let you know and reduce the delay.
